Appointments
All treatments are by appointment only. If you can not find a suitable appointment online please feel free to contact us.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We require atleast 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made within 48 hours will be charged 100% of the treatment cost.
Late Arrivals
Arriving late may result in a shortened treatment time or cancellation. If your appointment is cancelled due to lateness you will be charged 100% of the treatment cost.
No- Shows
Clients who fail to attend without notice will be charged the full appointment amount and may be required to pay in advance for future bookings.
Payments
All payments are non-refundable. Deposits may be transferrable at our discretion if notice is given.
Health & Saftey
Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or recent procedured prior to your appointment. We reserve the right to refuse treatment if it may compromise your saftey.
Studio Etiquette
G.G Beauty studio is a private space - please arrive alone unless otherwise agreed. We ask that mobile phones are silenced during treatment to maintain a calm environment.
